Entering is free. You’ll only get billed if you’re selected as a winner. Entering does not guarantee you’ll win.

• Pick Up to 5 (Wishlist, Not a Guarantee) - Y ou can choose up to five (5) keycaps when you enter. Think of this as your wish list. You might win none, one, or more than one (up to 5), depending on the draw and what’s available.
• Invoice Timing (24 Hours) - If you win, we’ll send you an invoice. Please pay it within 24 hours of receiving it. If it isn’t paid in time, we may cancel it and re-draw that spot so the raffle can keep moving.
• Blind Bag = Random Pull - Wins are blind bag, which means your keycap is a random pull. We can’t guarantee a specific colorway/variant or take requests for a particular one.

Terms of sale

You agree that the items you are entering for are handmade works of art, and as such, may contain minor imperfections and inconsistencies. No refunds. Replacement option for defective/non-functioning keycap (switch mount) only.

• International Shipping will be $22

Shipping Time

This sale will ship out from us within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please allow an extra week or so for US shipping, and another 3-4 weeks for International.

Tru-Bro ID

When you receive a Bro Caps Artisan Keycap, it will always come with a Tru-Bro ID card. This card MUST be included in trades and sales. Should it come to our attention that you have not been including them in trades or sales, you will be disqualified from participating in any future sales. These ID cards are to ensure you have an authentic product. If you are buying from a 3rd party, insist that they include the matching ID card with your product. Thank you.
