GSK Christmas MMXXV - Jólakött Napicorn
And in a blink of an eye, Christmas time is again at our doorstep. This year, I'm exploring the theme of dark Yuletide folklores because, for certain reasons, I normally feel a bit rough around the edges this time of year.
The first one coming out of the folk storybook is the Yule Cat. It's such a bizarrely terrifying figure, which roams the countryside during Christmas time and simply devours anyone who doesn't get new clothes in time for Christmas Eve. Not ones who have been naughty, not ones who have sinned, but it's the unprepared who are on the receiving end of the punishment.
Maybe I'll get eaten this year!!
