Terms of sale: items are handmade works of art and may contain minor imperfections and inconsistencies. No refunds. Replacement option available only for a defective/non-functioning keycap (switch mount).

Shipping: ships out within 30 days from the date of purchase — allow an extra week or so for US shipping, and another 3-4 weeks for International.
