This is a raffle style sale for limited, handmade artisan keycaps. Entrants are selected after the raffle ends; this raffle stays open for 24 hours once it begins. Once it ends, winners are selected and sent a PayPal invoice.
Terms of sale: items are handmade works of art and may contain minor imperfections and inconsistencies. No refunds. Replacement option available only for a defective/non-functioning keycap (switch mount).
Shipping: ships out within 45 days from the date of purchase — allow an extra week or so for US shipping, and another 3-4 weeks for International.
Tru-Bro ID: every Bro Caps Artisan Keycap comes with a Tru-Bro ID card, which must be included in any trade or resale. Not including it can get you disqualified from future sales; it exists to verify authenticity, so insist 3rd-party sellers include the matching card.
